What parents need to know

Parents need to know that this single includes lots of profanity, graphic sexual descriptions, and swagger about being the best in the rap game. It's most appropriate for older teens and adults.

  • The song has an intense focus on material things and disrespectful treatment toward women.
  • Lyrics encourage valuing someone based on how much they have.
  • Not applicable.
  • Lots of really raunchy sex talk.

What's the story?

"SHE WILL" is the first track from notorious rapper Lil Wayne's album Tha Carter IV. Featuring guest vocals by another one of rap's hottest names, Drake, the single includes a lot of what Lil Wayne is famous for: graphic sex talk, profanity, and bragging about being the best in the rap game.

Is it any good?

On "She Will," Lil Wayne gives his fans more of what they love in his music -- a dark, brooding hook backed by a dramatic synth beat. The rap star's serious delivery is matched by Drake's equally solemn vocals, resulting in a track that lingers eerily in your mind after it's over.

What families can talk about

  • Families can talk about whether or not certain lyrics' extremely explicit nature masks the unusually insightful quality of other lines of the song.

  • Why do so many rap tracks include profanity? Do these words grab your attention? What purpose do they serve?

BAD SONG, NOT FOR KIDS!
Lolwut?? you think this is okay for anyone under 17 look up the lyrics, first line is "I tell her go and pop that P***y for a real N***a" I am 14 years old heard this song and it is wrong 6 foot 7 foot is more clean than this, the song is about a stripper who wayne wants more with if you actually read the lyrics and its not appropriate for anyone. :P even though its a good song haha it is catchy but not for kids. Sex: "p****y, hop up on that D***k and do a full split, u name it Money:"for the money and the power and the fame right now she will" btw its a stripper<$$$ Cussing:D*ck, p****y, F***ing, N***a, B***hwhatever..

Good song, clean.
Just get it clean, like any lil wayne song you should haha. Its a good song, one of the best from the album, other than the other singles that have been out like "6 Foot 7 Foot", "John" or "How to Hate"
