Parents need to know that Peter Pig's Money Counter is a safe and educational app where kids can learn about money. The game teaches kids how to separate, count, and add coins, while also offering fun facts about the history of American currency. The games include separating quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies into different jars, and counting coins. Three levels are divided into easy, medium, and hard, so kids can advance as they learn.

Is it any good?

 

PETER PIG'S MONEY COUNTER is a fun place where kids can learn to count money. Part of the application's charm is in Peter Pig's voice, which encourages players with one-liners such as "SWEET!" and "Perfect!" when correct answers are made. Players are also persuaded to "try again" when they've entered an incorrect answer. Kids will enjoy listening to the sound of the coins "clinking" as they are dropped into the correct jars, and watching their money increase in the piggy bank. Parents will be drawn to the fun facts, such as where U.S. coins are made, the cost of making coins, and which presidents are printed on each coin.
