Parents need to know that The Black Eyed Peas Experience is a rhythm game that lets fans dance along with tracks from the band Black Eyed Peas. The Wii version features 24 tracks, and the Xbox 360 version features 28 tracks (including the four exclusives "Love You Long Time," "Smells Like Funk," "The Situation," and "Showdown") and Kinect support. The game is recommended for teens and older due to mild suggestive themes and strong lyrics. This review was based on the Xbox 360 version.
What's it about?
In BLACK EYED PEAS EXPERIENCE, players score points by accurately following dance moves indicated by visual prompts scrolling down the screen as Black Eyed Peas perform and their songs play in the background. Players practice and perform dance routines, and earn a certain number of "Followers" by dancing well in order to advance to the next stage. Two players can dance side-by-side in Co-Op mode, and up to two players can sing alongside a dancer using compatible microphones. In the Xbox 360 version, players can also create their own dance routines and share them via Xbox LIVE.
Is it any good?
The Black Eyed Peas Experience is an enjoyable dancing game that's modeled after Dance Central, although obviously with a narrower focus since it's designed to appeal specifically to Black Eyed Peas fans. Fans of the group will enjoy bopping along with members of the group as their catchy pop ditties play in the background, and the dance moves are fun to pull off. If you can't stand the Black Eyed Peas, though, stick to music games that offer more variety.

Families can talk about whether it's more fun to dance alongside famous performers (members of the Black Eyed Peas) rather than generic game avatars. What other bands would you like to see featured in the "Experience" series?

The Black Eyed Experience
The black eyed peas experience was alright. The screenshot didn't look really good on The Wii. It kinda made The black eyed peas look like monkeys. They never block the bad words out of any of the songs. Some songs are mostly about having fun, Then other songs are talking about sex which isn't good for kids to hear about. But, other than that the dance moves are cool. They really get you sweating. They have great moves like the jerk and the dougie. The video game is appropriate for some ages.
